At Monthly Dose of Magic, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our subscription box model, we do not accept returns. We want to ensure clarity about our return policy, and we encourage you to review the following details.

1. No Returns Accepted
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products or items included in our subscription boxes. Once a subscription box has been purchased and shipped, we consider the sale final.

2. Cancellations and Renewals
If you are signed up for a recurring monthly subscription, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed for any future subscription boxes, and your subscription will not renew. However, please note that cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming box.
If you are signed up for a 3,6, or 12 month commitment subscription, you are committed to your subscription for the set number of months you selected at the discount rate for each commitment (10% for 3-month, 15% for 6-month, 20% for 12-month).

3. Refunds for Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle, you will not be billed, and you will not receive any future subscription boxes. We do not issue refunds for subscription boxes that have already been charged and shipped.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a subscription box with damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the box. We will make every effort to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution or replacement.
